Description
The Monnières - Saint Fiacre vintage is a communal appellation in the Muscadet vineyards.
The «Le Rochils» plot was selected from among the best gneiss hillsides located between Sèvre and Maine, the historic heart of the appellation. This terroir ensures a limited production. We are looking for an advanced maturity. The grapes are harvested and sorted manually. Long fermentation and ageing with batches are decisive to sublimate the aromatic profile. The wine «Monnières - Saint Fiacre» offers a structure and a mineral complexity that make it a wine to keep. A delicate yellow-gold dress characterizes it. The nose, on ripe fruit, promises a beautiful material. The mouth is ample, a rich balance persists. The fine and powerful terroir asserts itself.
