Description

Our Cuvée "classique", in organic farming, floral and on the white fruits

Château-Thébaud granite (only 4% of Nantes vineyard). The soil is shallow and made of stony elements. The bedrock is made of vertical riftes which are quite altered. White-green colour. Complex and intense nose. Balanced and fine palate, fruity with a finish on light aromas of white flowers.
