AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie 100 % Melon de Bourgogne Dry White Wine Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks Ageeing on lees during 8 to 15 month Terroir granitic Clay-loam soil Tasting : Pale yellow color Typical nose, evoking lime, wild flowers Well-balanced mouth with the vivacity and the roundness of the breeding on lees. Aromas of citrus and yellow fruits. Serve between 8 and 12°c. Possible food and wine pairing : To be enjoyed as an aperitif with friends or with seafood, shellfish, a nice platter of oysters, some cold cuts or fish.
