The cuvée Pour l’Histoire is made from our 45 years old vines. This selection of our best terroirs is chosen following a blind tasting made by the family members. Its 10 months maturing on lees give it richness, complexity and structure while keeping a beautiful mineral tension with a long aftertaste.
