One of our "parcellaires" in organic farming - on the granite of Château-Thébaud

On the granite of Château-Thébaud (only 4% of Nantes vineyard) ; laygravel-sand soil on an altered bedrock made of gneiss and granite. White-pale green colour. Intense nose on the vine peach. Mouthwatering and rich palate with a great minerality ; well balanced by a great finesse and a long finish.
