Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie Domaine de la Quilla" is the symbol of family know-how. A harmonious blend of the different terroirs of La Haye Fouassière, it combines the balance and liveliness sought in a Muscadet. 30-hectare vineyard on the slopes of the Sèvre Nantaise at La Haie Fouassière Light, stony soil composed of micachists, gneiss and amphibolites. Grape variety: 100% Melon B or Muscadet (on 3309C) Age of vines: 35 years Vineyard management: Guyot nantais pruning, trellised and grassed vines. Planting density: 6500 vines/ha Yield: 55 hl/ha Vinification: pneumatic pressing, selection of pressings, settling, temperature control Aging: 6 months exclusively on fine lees, stirring of the lees Bottling: In-house, at our winery. Exclusively on lees from April following harvest.
