Description

One of our "parcellaires" in organic farming - on the amphibolites and metagabbro of Goulaine

On a sandy-loam topsoil and stony resulting from the alteration of its bedrock made of amphibolite and gabbro. Pale yellow colour with green tints. Nose on white flowers (acacia). The palate is well structured, mineral and slightly pearly and evolves on citrus. The finish is round and on finesse.

Description
