Description
«Le Per son Pain» is the emblematic Muscadet of the Domaine.
In the past, farmers worked the poor soil of the place called «Le Perd son Pain» for meager crops: they "lost their bread!". Since then, the vineyard, taking root in depth, has blossomed. The grape variety Melon B. explores this qualitative terroir and expresses its strong potential. This very stony gneiss terroir is harvested first, mechanically. Her dress is a light and shiny yellow. Winemaking «on lees» ensures a harmony of fresh fruit aromas and a crunchy minerality. «Le Per son Pain» is a naturally fruity, elegant and delicately iodized wine.
