Description
“Le Saint Versant” comes from vineyards that are about 70 years old.
The display of these vines and their moderate production offer ideal ripeness of the grapes. The gneiss subsoil and the surface clays give this Muscadet an expressive minerality. After a precise manual harvest, the vinification is traditional «on lie» in underground vats. This Muscadet is a light and crystalline yellow. The mineral nose reveals subtle aromas of white flowers. At the tasting, we discover a balanced Muscadet with a rich and fruity elegance, and a touch of freshness. Persistence in the mouth is his signature.
