AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie 100 % Melon de Bourgogne Terroir granitic Clay-loam soil Dry White Wine Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks Ageeing on lees during 8 to 15 month Tasting notes : Pale yellow color Intense and complex nose where ripe white fruits, almond and citrus fruits are mixed. Balanced and racy mouth mixing white fruits and minerality. Serve between 8 and 12°c. Possible food and wine pairing : To be enjoyed as an aperitif with friends or with seafood, shellfish, a nice platter of oysters or fish carpaccios.
