Our family estate is located in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation in Monnières since 1734.
Passed down from generation to generation, the estate has been maintained by the Ménard family for 6 generations.
Today, François Ménard, the son, is taking over the estate, enhancing it and bringing it into a new era.
The Domaine is now certified in Organic Agriculture and new cuvées have appeared in recent years.

Produced from our best plots on the Moulin de la Minière hillside, the cuvée Monnières Saint Fiacre is aged for 36 months on lees.

Contre-Courant – AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie

Produced from a Terroir of Gneiss with the oldest vines of the property (77 years) No addition of sulphites during 7 months

Les Pieds Sur Terre – AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie

Produced from a Terroir of Gneiss, this single parcel cuvée is aged 7 months on lees (natural yeast) A short skin maceration was carried out

Le Pallet – AOC Muscadet Cru Communal

Produced from our best parcels in the village of Le Pallet, this wine is aged for 24 months on lees. An outstanding Cru of the Muscadet!

Nuit Blanche – Sparkling Brut

Blend of three grape varieties : Melon B, Folle Blanche et Chardonnay. Cuvée aged 9 months on lees. A wine with a fresh aromatics

Ex Nihilo – Vin de France

Carefully selected, this blended cuvée made from key grape varieties of Nantes vineyards

The Pour l'Histoire cuvée is made from 45 year old vines. This selection of parcels from our best terroirs.

A fresh, iodine wine, with citrus notes and also naturally anchored in its Terroir by its minerality
