A delicate and elegant chenin
Dry aromaitc wine with a light robe. The nose is floral, the supple attack strikes the mouth with ripes fruits for a volume in the mouth. Picked at maturity with a mastery of fermentation temperatures, this chenin releases all its aromatic potential. To be enjoyed chilled with cooked fish, white meat in sauce or cheese.
