Dry white wine 100% CHENIN DE LOIRE
This wine is obtained by short pellicular maceration under inert gas, followed by fermentation at low temperatures to preserve color and aromas. Aged on fine lees to develop the fatness and roundness of the wine. - Pale yellow color. - Typical nose of chenin. - Elegant mouth, tender and tonic at the same time.
