Description
Traditional vinification 100% oak barrel fermentation.
Ageing in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. Important stirring of the lees in a barrel to give roundness. Different barrels vintage : new, 1 year, 2 year and more. Colour : bright colour with gold hues, sign of perfect Chenin maturity. Nose : complexity, great fruity aromas complexity (quince, peach and apricot), hint of oak. Palate : well balance, delicate tannins, beautifull concentration and roundness.
