Fresh red fruits, structured and ample with a mineral finish.

The harvest is 100% manual into small boxes, sorted on the vine as well as on a sorting table at reception. Grapes are destemmed, « pied de cuve » fermentation followed by maceration at low temperatures, 14-25 days at 18-24°C. Aging 11 months in inox vats and large wooden fermenters on fine lees, with no sulfites to conserve the fruit. Light filtration and fining.
