100 % cabernet franc Aged for two to four years in French oak barrels, with a third of new oak « Vin non-filtré » A highly recognized AOC Saumur-Champigny wine (Long-ageing potential) Deep intensity of colour with black-cherry-like hints. Powerful aromas of black and dried fruit, mixed with notes of torrefaction. Well structured with powerful flavours. Delicate tannins with a hint of vanilla and roast coffee bean.
