Description
Intense, unctuous and complex, an intense wine with red fruits.
Hand-picked in openwork crates, sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar. De-stemming of the harvest then vatting by conveyor belt. Vinification in thermo-regulated truncated wooden vats. Maceration for 25 to 30 days. Aged on fine lees for 12 months, partly in truncated in truncated cone-shaped vats, in 4-wine barrels and in earthenware jars.
