The typical expression of a Saumur Champigny with notes of red fruits and supple tannins.
Vintage 2021: last year towards the conversion to ORGANIC agriculture. Vineyard: Cuvée from vines of around thirty years, naturally grassed with tillage of the soil of Sablo-argilo origin. Winemaking Harvested mechanically, the harvest is sorted then destemmed, to be placed in stainless steel vats. Where is carried out an alcoholic fermentation with maceration at 20°C for 10 days. Once devatted, the malolactic fermentation is carried out naturally and then proceed to aging in vats for 6 months, before filtration and bottling. Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc Production: 50hl / Ha 40,000 bottles Tasting: EYE: Intense red colour. NOSE: Fruity, light aromas of violet, raspberry and red fruits. MOUTH: Ample and generous, with notes of red fruits (cherry) with a supple and persistent finish. SERVICE SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 14° and 16° AGING: To be consumed between 2022 and 2027 FOOD AND WINE AGREEMENTS: Grilled fish, Grilled red meat, White meat, Poultry, Pot‐au‐feu.
