Exploitation of more than 20ha in the last year of conversion to ORGANIC farming.
The plots of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin and Chardonnay are located on the highest limestone hillside (tuffeau) in the Saumur Champigny appellation.
Currently HVE3, we work the soil, cultivate biodiversity, start agroforestry in order to be able to market next year, our 1st organic vintages.
Vinification in stainless steel vats then aging in vats or French barrels.
Annual production: 800hl
Appellations: Saumur Champigny, Saumur white, Saumur rosé, Coteaux de Saumur, Crémant de Loire, Saumur fine bubbles.
