Description
A beautiful exemple of Chenin Blanc. Round and well balance, it's a perfect match with fish, light cheese, see food or white meat.
A very powerful Chenin! In a shy first nose style, dominated by fresh citrus notes and aromas of acacia honey. After a few minutes, the wine then takes volume in the glass and demonstrates this impressive aromatic slate. The wine is round, supple with a melted wood in the fruit that brings a very nice complexity, the mouth leaves on pretty tropical fruit notes with aromas of pineapple and mango.
