Origin : West bank of the river Le Thouet, lieu-dit Bois des Garennes.
VINIFICATION
Hand harvest with 3 successive sortings, direct pressing through vertical press, fermentation and ageing in french new oak barrels of 400l.
Ageing : 9 months in barrels.
Yield : 22hl / hectare.
