Description
The Licorne is the wax cuvée of our estate, it expresses its terroir by its minerality and explosive fruit.
It is a white Saumur with brioche aromas. The grapes are harvested manually, pressed then followed by spontaneous fermentation and barrel ageing. No sulphite was added.
