In 1932: Armand & Gabrielle found the company. At that time, Armand David devoted only 5 hectares of land to vines, the rest being used for cultivation to enable the estate to be self sufficient. 90 years later, the Domaine Armand David has grown to 52 hectares. Chenin grapes are the most common. They are grown alongside Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes.
