Full-bodied and elegant red wine, 50 days of skin maceration
Fully ripe grapes harvested in October, 40 hl/ha. 50 days of skin maceration, no added sulphites during wine-making process and 15 months of ageing (20 % in French oak). TASTING : Complex nose of black berries with a light toasty flavour due to its partial oak-barrrel-ageing. Full-bodied mouth with smooth tannins. A nice, complex and elegant wine, with great ageing potential.
