Red wine from the Loire, silky and fruity
Wine from the CABERNET FRANC grape variety mainly cultivated on clay and limestone soils. This wine is obtained by short cold pre-fermentation macerations to preserve the red fruit aromas. A particular attention is given to obtain a dense and silky matter. - Ruby red color. - On the nose, notes of small red fruits. - Silky and round mouthfeel for a pleasant red wine !
