Red wine 2020, 90 % cabernet franc 10 % grolleau, appellation Anjou
This red wine, made from cabernet franc and grolleau grape variety, is called Reliefs. It is produced on the appellation Anjou rouge contrôlée. This is a 2020 vintage. The soil is composed of clays and schists. The vines are 25 years old. The harvest is carried out manually in 25 kg boxes. The grapes are destemmed before being vatted. During alcoholic fermentation, manual punching of the marc cap is done. The wine is aged over a period of 12 months in vats. Wine tasting : wine color is ruby. The nose is composed of red fruits. The palate offers a beautiful freshness with light tannins. The aging potentiel is between 3 to 5 years. This wine will delight your apéritifs composed of cold cuts and even at mealtimes with grilled red meats. Operating temperature between 13 to 15°C. 2022 is the official year of certification in Organic Agriculture.
