Vinified for 6 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and made from 100% Chenin grapes. Yellow-green colour with golden hue, limpid, crystalline, mineral nose, minty, white flowers, round attack, lively and mineral middle evoking flint and gunflint, similar finish.
