Cuvée produced in Brézé, historic cradle of Chenin Blanc. A fresh, elegant white Saumur with that liveliness characteristic of the chenin.
An area of 2 hectares on clay-limestone soil, planted in 2014 and located in the town of Brézé, about 10 kilometers east of Saumur. They have been worked according to the rules of organic agriculture since 1998 and in biodynamics since 2017. Exclusively hand picked. The grapes are then destemmed, pressed and vinified in vats for 50% of the harvest and in barrels of one to two wines for 3 months for the rest.
A light woody note gives it a nice complexity. Salty, buttery, nutty, grilled toast notes will perfectly accompany your meals.
To consume between 10°C and 12°C.
A great Brézé white very comfortable with white meats, curry preparations, asparagus and cheeses.
