Crémant de Loire 100 % Chenin, 30 months of ageing
Fully ripe grapes hand harvested at the beginning of October. Slow pressing to preserve grape delicacy, fortification by cold, no added sugar for second fermentation. 6 months of ageing on the lees and then 30 months for second fermentation. Also available in magnum, with 45 months of ageing TASTING : expressive wine full of candied citrus flavours with a very thin bubble. Long and sharp finish.
