Organic sliced smoked trout (120g)

This trout comes from fish raised in Lake Montbel, a freshwater lake in the Pyrenees and known as one of the purest in France. The trout grows very slowly and is fed without colorants, giving it a beautiful pearly color and exceptional quality. It is cold-smoked with beech wood and dry-salted to enhance its delicate flavor and natural.
