This trout fillet comes from fish raised in Lake Montbel, a pristine freshwater lake nestled in the Pyrenees and known as one of the purest in France. The trout grows at a very slow pace, giving it a beautiful pearly color and exceptional quality. Certified organic and free from any coloring, it is cold-smoked over beech wood and dry-salted to enhance its delicate, natural flavor.
