The Monnières Saint-Fiacre is made of old vines of about fifty years located on the North slopes of la Bretesche. Its terroir of orange gneiss gives the wine its richness and precision, with its specific saline touch. The nose is straight, remarkably pure and fine. Mineral notes characteristic of its gneiss terroir. The palate is straight, tonic and long.
