Pale yellow color, clear and bright, Château-Thébaud is characterized by its nose slightly lemony, saline, with very light notes on anise and fennel. On the palate this is a dry wine, taut and mineral. A very long finish, on fresh butter, slightly iodized. An elegant and sophisticated wine.
