This fresh cuvée is made from 80% Chenin and 20% Cabernet-Franc. It is vinified using the traditional method and aged on laths for a period of for 18 months. Straw yellow colour with golden highlights, fruity nose of apple, quince and brioche, lively attack, ample and generous mouth.
