The Rosé UNIK is a blend of 4 red grape varieties, obtained by direct pressing after harvesting to give it a pale and slightly pink color. This fruity and mineral rosé wine keeps its freshness thanks to a light acidity, which reveals aromas of red fruits. Its roundness and its greediness will make it the perfect accompaniment for raw vegetables, salads, cold cuts and fish. Serve chilled at 9-11 °C
