A white Val de Loire wine made with the Chardonnay grape variety, slightly sweet with a nose of white flowers and stewed fruit aromas. The mouth feel is fine and delicate with light notes of white flowers and a smooth round finish. To be served at 13 - 17° C. Fish terrine, vegetable tart, grilled fish and fish with sauce, small fried fish.
