Description
Aromatic and tender, with a slightly mineral attack. This wine is fresh, harmonious and full on the palate.
The vines are facing southeast on siliceous clay soils. Grape variety : 100% Sauvignon Tasting notes : pale yellow color with green hues. On the nose, notes of exotic fruit and white flower. With a slightly mineral attack, this Sauvignon is tender, fresh, very aromatic and full on the palate. Food pairing : It can be served at 10-12 °C with meats and goat cheese. You can also enjoy it as an aperitif
