Aromatic wine with notes of red fruits ; light and lively, it offers lot of freshness and is full on the palate with an elegant finish.
The vines are facing southeast on siliceous clay soils. Grape variety : 100% black Grolleau Tasting notes : Pale pink colored wine, bright and clear. Very fine nose with expressive notes of red fruit (stawberries, raspberries). This light wine is lively and develops a lot of aromas. It is full on the palate with an elegant finish. Food pairing : to be served at 10-12 °; with salads, cold meats and desserts
