Description

Organic Wine - AOP Cabernet d'Anjou

SigNature range is made of Loire Valley wines produced by organic agriculture. This culture and production method is extremely regulated and controlled. This agriculture allows to maintain and improve grounds fertility and also to boost biodiversity. Growing practices attentive to natural balances are used. Synthetic products and GMO are forbidden and inputs are limited. The main goal is to protect the vine with a high self-sufficiency thanks to a lively ground and offer specific features to each wine enhancing the soil expression. AOC Cabernet d’Anjou vines enjoy a temperate oceanic climate, generally dry, illustrating the proverbial “douceur angevine” (mildness of Anjou). It’s a rosé wine produced from Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. It gets a flattering rose colour. Cabernet d’Anjou offers red fruits aromas as redcurrants and strawberries. Both smooth and fresh, the aromatic intensity and the balance underline the palate. To drink young To serve chilled (8-10°C) Perfect partner to cold meats, exotic courses, millefeuille of courgette and green asparagus from Anjou, strawberries tart or Crémet d’Anjou
