Tender and fruity semi-dry rosé
Blend of CABERNET FRANC and CABERNET SAUVIGNON grown on clay-limestone and sandy-silt soils. This wine is obtained by short pellicular maceration under inert gas, followed by a fermentation at low temperature to preserve color and aromas. - Pale pink color. - Nose of raspberry and red currant... - Nice balance in mouth between sugars and acidity.
