This Anjou-Villages Domaine des Iris gets an intense red colour reminiscent of ripe cherry. First, its complex nose reveals aromas of liquorice, undergrowth and black and red fruits. The mouth shows a generous attack with soft tannins and a nice thickness in the middle mouth. These features are underlined by a pleasant lenght and a perfect balance at the end. This wine will make a wonderful pairing with a wide range of white and red meats.
