Vinified for 6 to 12 months in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon Deep purple colour, limpid, brilliant, with no sign of evolution. Characteristic nose of Anjou, with small herbaceous notes, red and black fruits. In the mouth, a fleshy attack, a mid-palate of red fruits, and a finish with a tannic structure that is still very present.
