Red Wine 100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The CABERNET SAUVIGNON grape variety is grown on a south-facing schist plot. Manual harvesting of very ripe grapes often done in early November. Long and delicate maceration for a fleshy wine with silky tannins. - Deep and tender red color. - Powerful nose marked by black fruits, intense! - Harmonious, concentrated, rich and silky mouth.
