An estate blessed with an exceptional terroi and cultivated whit the greatest respect for nature and biodiversity.
The plots are mainly planted with Melon de Bourgogne, the endemic grape variety of the region which gave its name to the famous Muscadet.
Approximately one hectare is planted with Folle Blanche allowing the production of Gros Plant. Finally, a few acres of Gamay and Abouriou allow the production of Vin de Pays.
The wines are matured under the Trois Toits, the main building of the Domaine built on the foundations of a 17th century abbey. The underground vats allow the wine to be aged on lees according to the tradition. The space is thus skilfully used and allows the vinification to be carried out in the best conditions.
We offer our visitors the possibility to discover this place, to taste our wines and to learn more about our wine production.
The objective is to promote Muscadet internationally, while remaining a local actor of reference, close to the people of Vertavia and a driving force in the environmental transition.
