The tradition of the region and of the Pays Nantais is revealed through this unique and discret grape variety. It is essentially charaterised by its refreshing nature. A perfect wine to start a dinner. A pleasurable wine for oysters. Working with a philosophy of living soils, we work the ground lightly without plowing it. We use only controlled organic products, no pesticide. Direct pressing, settling for 24h at about 13C. Fermentation in controlled temperature environment.
