Description
Skin maceration : Orange wine from Sauvignon Gris and Grolleau Gris aged in ovoid vats
Maceration for one month in vats and aged in ovoid vats without sulphur. Unfiltered, unfined wine. Nose: notes of spices, dried fruits and honey. Mouth: oily, tannic and a little bitter.
