Produced according to the traditional method, this wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot d'Aunis and Cabernet Franc.
Three for 3 grape variety. 3 + 7 + 7 + 4 = 21 for the perfect balance. Discreet nose at the opening due to its youth, “3/7.7.4” reveals its elegant red fruits aromas. Mouth between delicacy and creaminess.This Blanc de Noirs Brut nature is elegant, with chiselled red fruit aromas. The palate is delicate and creamy with a salty tang. Stone fruits and red berries are lifted by the lightness of floral flavours.
