Blending of the 3 grape varieties from the fermentation, elaboration according to the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle. Aged on laths for 24 months. - Yellow color with golden reflections. - The complex nose is distinguished by its intense and delicate floral notes. - The smooth and round mouth ends with a fine and persistent bubble.
