10% Pinot Noir et 5% Cabernet Franc
Soils / Terroirs : Limestone and clay-limestone
Vineyard : Saumurois, Domaine des Dames de la Vallée.
The Cuvée Royale comes from the Ackerman vineyard "Les Dames de la Vallée" located in the village of Le Puy Notre Dame. The grapes are selected from the highest quality plots, perfectly exposed on clay-limestone hills of 90 meters altitude.. The cultivation of the vines is carried out considering the environment and the particularities of each of these plots

Maturing period : 36 months minimum on laths.
Residual sugar: Between 5 and 6 g/L
ABV: 12% vol
