Gin Meridor – London Dry – 41.9°
Maine-et-Loire

COMBIER DISTILLERIE

Description

Delicacy of rose petals and elderflowers picked by hand, combined with peppery notes of cubebe.

First Loire Valley produced London Dry Gin, Gin Meridor is the fruit of over two years of research and development and is achieved by distilling all the ingredients together in Combier’s historic alembic stills. Juniper berries, coriander, lemon zest, orris root, cubeb, liquorice are artfully combined with two ingredients emblematic of the Loire Valley: rose petals and elderflower handpicked each summer by Combier team. A favourite with gin specialists, Gin Meridor won prestigious awards the first year of its release. It owes its name to Diana of Méridor the romantic heroine of Alexandre Dumas novel La dame de Monsoreau. Transparent with a subtly spiced, floral nose, Gin Meridor enchants with the soft fragrance of rose petals and elderflower combined with a peppery finale. Both elegant and characterful this is a gin that won’t leave you indifferent.
