Fruity red wine made from a blending of a dozen varietals
Grape varietals : 80 % Plantet Noir (a hybrid variety that was breeded in the Loire Valley at the end of 19th c.) and the 20 remaining percent are a blending of a dozen grape varietals.
Hand harvested wine (40 hl/ha) with a carbonic maceration, no added sulphites during wine-making process and 10 months of ageing in stainless steel tank.
TASTING : very expressive nose of blackberry and blueberry. Smooth tannins and elegant finish evoking raspberry freshness.
